Land Adjacent to 1 High Street Potterspury AKA The Granary
Proposal
The West most tree in G1 is overhanging and causing damage to the roof of a listed building, and requires trimming. In addition it has sustained notable damage either due to wind or disease, so may require more extensive trimming to prevent it falling onto the public highway. At present all trees overhand the high street and the road, and whilst it isn't my intention to trim them, I understand I have some liability as the owner of the property so am willing to trim the remaining trees back if you feel this would be appropriate.
