Re-thatching of roof with 350mm thick wheat reed fixed with hazel spars and hazel sways and covered in galvanised 19mm 19 gauge wire netting; chimneys and abutments finished with cement flashing. 2. Raise middle chimney height via additional courses of red clay bricks in order for flue to be 1.8 metres above new ridge. 3. Re-build existing timber and thatched porch to consist of a weather-boarded apex roofed porch with red rosemary tiles, timber frame and timber weather boards. 4. Have 2 x Straw Pheasant Finalis fixed to thatched roof ridge.
