G2 (7x silver birch) crown reduce to a resultant height of 25-30ft and resultant spread of 6-8ft measured from trunk in either direction . Work requested due to the following reasons ; 1-they have spindly growth susceptible to wind impact creating strain on the weak joins and cavities below (one large scaffold branch recently failed) 2- it will keep them under control for their residential surroundings stopping them from becoming too dominant and allow more natural light to the properties It has come to light via council communication that only G2 is protected under conservation area, we are also reducing G1 but as we?ve been informed they fall outside the conservation area I have left G1 in the sketch plan for point of reference only
