T1 Lime tree to rear garden ??? Reduce crown by approximately 2m in all aspects by pruning all cyclical regrowth back to the established historic pollard points. Remove epicormic growth and deadwood throughout crown. The tree has previously been managed through cyclical pollarding and now requires routine re management in order to maintain the tree within an appropriate size relative to the garden environment. The proposed works will reduce excessive regrowth, improve overall crown form and maintain the tree within a sustainable long term management cycle. T2 Crab Apple tree adjacent rear of property ??? Reduce crown by approximately 1-2m in all aspects. Thin internal growth and remove major deadwood together with crossing and rubbing branches. The proposed works constitute routine cyclical maintenance intended to reduce encroachment towards the property and improve light penetration into adjacent windows and garden areas. Crown thinning and selective pruning will further improve canopy structure and airflow whilst maintaining a balanced natural form. T3 Mature Apple tree adjacent rear of property ???
