Proposal

T1 Hawthorn (x1) Reduce crown by 1-1.5m all around. Use a drop-crutching technique to maintain a natural appearance. Thin crown by removing water-shoots, snapped branches, Ivy and creepers. Reason: The tree has not been pruned since the clients bought the property in 2015. It has grown considerably during that time, becoming very dense and dominant of the garden. The tree is only visible to immediate neighbours and from the playing fields behind. Thinning out the congested crown and carrying out a light crown reduction will not harm the tree and will allow more light into the garden for the benefit of other plants.
