Proposal
I don't want to carry out the work. The fir tree is on a council owned property. It has broken my fence 3 times now so I've had to pay for repairs. It is dangerously hanging over our boundary and needs cutting back. The tree is worruying because we have children playing in the garden. If there is wind, it dangerously sways far over. I'm scared it will land on our house. It is already the height of our house. I've written several times to the council. We need help!
