T1 - Yew tree I would like to remove a Yew tree from my garden. It is a multi-stemmed tree of little beauty. It is currently shading a lovely Japanese Maple and a Laburnum. I have recently applied for planning permission to rebuild my garage along with an extension to my house. The proposed plans require me to move the garage away from my neighbours wall to allow her access to stop th damp in her walls. I am happy to do this but the tree would need to be removed in order to rebuild the garage. I hold a small trees felling licence so would be able to remove the branches and stump effectively should permission be given. I am hapy to replant if required. Remarks:
