T1 - Young Oak T2 - Mature Walnut T3 - Small fruit tree & small ornamental tree T4 - Horse Chestnut Under the agreed planning permission (P14/V2250/FUL) a number of existing trees are to be removed. This has already taken place. (Removed trees are ringed in brown on Plan A). Having removed these trees I have now identified a number of other trees which I wish to remove, these are ringed and identified in blue on Plan B. I propose to plant a series of other trees to replace those removed. These are marked on Plan B in green. Plan B - proposed trees to be taken out: A - Young Oak - a line of beech trees adjacent to the land were recently removed, the planning approval requires trees of low water usage to be planted along this boundary. B - Mature Walnut - this tree ahas blown over and is lying at 45 degrees and resting on the top boundary hedge. C - Small Fruit tree and small Ornamental tree - I would like to remove these to provide room to plant a row of fruit trees. D - Now that other trees have been removed, I can see that there is a rogue Horse Chestnut growing along the line of ornamental trees on this boundary. Its removal will not cause a gap as it is currently forcing its way up between the original planted trees. Plan B - proposed planting. 1 - row of flowering cherries 3-5 trees depending on their spread. 2 - row of 3-5 fruit trees depending on their spread and shading of mature Lime trees on Church Lane boundary. A mixture from apple, pear and plum. Remarks:
