Section 73 application to vary Condition 3 (development description) to increase the number of residential units, amend the mix and tenure housing and alter the façade to reflect layout changes in SQP2 attached to planning permission PA/21/02721/S (as amended) dated 19th March 2024 for, 'Application for variation of Condition 4 (Approved Drawings) of Planning Permission PA/15/03074/A2, dated 22 March 2019 which gave consent for the following: 'Application for variation of condition 4 (approved Drawings) of Planning Permission PA/14/00944, dated 30/03/2015 which gave consent for the following: Demolition of all existing buildings and structures on the site (except for the building known as South Quay Plaza 3) and erection of two residential-led mixed use buildings comprising residential (Class C3), retail space (Class A1-A4) and creche space (Class D1) together with basement, ancillary residential facilities, access, servicing, car parking, cycle storage, plant, open space and landscaping, plus alterations to the retained office building (South Quay Plaza 3) to provide retail (Class A1-A4) space at ground floor level, an altered ramp to basement level and a new building to the north of South Quay Plaza 3 to provide retail (Class A1-A4) space and office (Class B1) space. Proposed amendments Amendments to the approved tenure mix, including an increase in market housing Amendments to internal layouts, elevations, landscaping and access arrangements.
