Demolition of the existing 3rd floor mansard roof and replacing it with brickwork parapet; Conversion of all the upper floors from B1 office to C3 residential use; to provide 3 x 1, bedroom 2 x 2 bedroom,and 1X3 bedroom apartments with ground floor B1 office space separated from the upper parts by the creation of a new street entrance. Ground floor area use expanded to include flexible A1, A2 and B1 use classes.
