Partial Discharge of Conditions (13.2) Remediation Scheme Implementation (13.3) Land Contamination from previous application S/OUT/24/0549 - Hybrid application comprising of an (i) outline application for flexible use within classes B2/B8/E(g)(ii)(iii) with all matters reserved and (ii) a full application for the erection of a Builder's Merchant (sui generis), relocation of the vehicular access, pedestrian path, soft landscaping, reshaping of the Scorpio House yard area with new boundary fence and hard surfacing, two new vehicular accesses within the site; associated works including photovoltaic panels, enclosure for substation/new power supply, new security gates and boundary fencing; covered cycle shelter; plant equipment; installation of retaining wall; external racking and storage to the Builder's Merchant yard; new soft landscaping to the site entrance and around the boundary of the Builder's Merchant yard.
