Rake out defective / loose pointing around permitter of frames and repoint in lime mortar. - Once access is gained, the stability of the brick infills will be investigated further. If necessary, the bricks will be carefully removed and refixed integrating Stainless Steel frame cramps to secure the brickwork to the oak frame as appropriate. - Brickwork to be repointed in lime mortar. - Replace sill in oak to window WF.01. - Face patch to cover exposed tenons in oak on all 3 windows.
