Details of Condition 1-5 Joinery, Ventilation and Ceiling Replacement all works will be carried out in accordance with the approved drawings as required by 26/AP/1130 dated 11/06/2026 for Listed building consent for the removal of existing lower level front window security bars, installation of an extraction fan vented through the flank wall and various internal works - Confirmed. All works will be carried out in accordance with the approved drawings: 202_05_LBC, 202_06_LBC and 202_07A_LBC. Condition 2 - Noted. Works will commence within three years of the date of consent. Condition 3 - Method statement and detailed drawing for all damp proofing works are included within the submission. Condition 4 - Full specifications are provided for: (A) internal joinery; (B) internal and external ventilation; and (C) method statement and detailed drawing of the new ceiling build-up whilst maintaining the existing ceiling line. Condition 5 - Method statement and plans for all works to the electrical wiring, plumbing and heating are included within the submission. Condition 6 - Confirmed. All new works and making good will match the existing original fabric in materials, execution and finished appearance.
