Outline planning permission (all matters reserved except for access) for phases 2, 3 and 4 comprising the demolition of Bowness House, Pilgrims Way Primary School, Kentmere House and Heversham House and the erection of 12 buildings [...].) NMA sought: - Amendments to Block H including increase in building height and lift overrun, reduction in footprint, repositioning of the building, internal and external alterations; conversion from private build-to-rent block to social rent block and associated landscaping; and - Changes to the overall tenure mix across Phase 2 - Removal of Condition 3 (Internal Sound Transfer in Building H) - Amendment to the wording of Condition 6 (Windows and Glazing) to reflect the updated drawing For information, Schedule 11 of the Approved Affordable Housing Mix of the Unilateral Undertaking dated 15 April 2025 (ref: LEG/RP/PL/S106/RR020/587) is updated to reflect the proposed tenure mix accordingly.
