Details of condition 4 'Schedule of works for repair/reloaction' pursuant to listed building consent 22/AP/1067 'Listed building consent for external and internal works to the building to convert the building from B8 to Class E Use, the works include: External: Erection of a five storey rear external core; raising of existing roof profile to accommodate insulation; construction of east and west dormer windows; insertion of two rooflights; change of southern hip roof slope to gable end; installation of a roof level plant screen to the new gable end; the insertion of new window apertures to the existing Loman Street façade; refurbishment or replacement of east and west elevation windows; masonry repairs to all facades; insertion of new windows on the north elevation; replacement of loading doors to east and west elevations; partial lowering of courtyard area with relaying of granite setts; amendments to east elevation ground floor doorway; and associated works including changes to boundary treatment; installation of façade lighting. Internal: Structural repairs; repair or replacement of existing timber work and metal work; formation of new concrete slab and drainage at ground floor level; the insertion of an internal services riser and distribution of services throughout via a raised floor to each level; relocation of existing stair from 4th to 5th floor, creation of a mezzanine and associated structural works, installation of new staircase between 4th and 5th floor levels; installation of new internal lighting; installation of fire protection works throughout.'
