Non-Material Amendment to planning permission 19/AP/1773 dated 29/01/2021 for Demolition of existing buildings and the erection of a part 2/3, 9 and 28 storey (up to 94.65m AOD) mixed-use development comprising 2,964 sqm including 2,167 sqm of industrial floorspace (Use Classes B1c/B8) at ground and intermediate levels, 598 sqm of internal loading yard, 199 sqm ancillary plant and equipment; and 253 residential apartments (C3), 40% affordable by habitable room, and other associated infrastructure. For under Section 96a of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990), to amend Condition 1 (approved drawings) to facilitate an amendment to the residential and B Class floorspace, and an amendment to the tenure drawings, and an amendment to the wording of Condition 41 (Use of B Class Floorspace) to remove reference to the tenure drawings, and an associated amendment to the description of amendment.
