Front Garden: T1) Re-Pollard Chestnut back to previous points, retaining knuckles. Reasons: General maintenance and aesthetics. T2) Reduce Magnolia into shape ensuring clearance from the building. Reasons: Cutback due to foliage encroaching property & reduction to ensure balanced canopy after cutting back. Rear Garden: T3) Cut back/lift Holm Oak from property line. Reasons: Foliage encroaching property & light issues. T4) Rebalance Elder, removing limb growing towards building. Reasons: Removing Lever arm to rebalance away from the property. T5) Reduce centrepiece Beech back into shape. Reasons: Continued maintenance & general aesthetics. G1) Raise canopy on multiple species on the right hand boundary removing any dead/dying sapling stems including dead conifer hedge. Reasons: allowing more light for lawn growth, new seedlings, flowers and planting potential. T6) Remove previously coppiced strawberry trees to roughly ground level.
