Repair and replace as required existing UPVC gutters, hopper and donwpipes. Repoint chimney stacks as required. (including details of all fixings into historic fabric and protection at building interfaces) shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing; the development shall not be carried out otherwise than in accordance with any such approval given.
