T4: Willow tree – Crown height reduction of 10m to leave a 5m high tree to prevent the severe lean causing catastrophic failure. Tree is 15m high with a crown spread of 4m South, 4m North, 7m East and 4m West. T 4 has grown at an angle and has a severe lean to it.
