1) The roof design shall overhang the wall structure on each elevation. The is an increase of 150mm on each elevation except the South Facijg which is 300mm. 2) The roof will be finished with rubber EPDM rather than felt. 3) The timber cladding will be attached using battens which will increase the width on each elevation by 60mm (still shorter than the roof). 4) The boundary has moved closer to the building so this will be reflected. 5) The position of the door and window have altered, but remain on the same elevation.
