Should lighting be required a scheme for lighting (to take account of wildlife) shall be submitted to and approved by the LPA." The only lighting proposed is a 10 Watt Bulkhead Light with PIR as shown on application drawing IWC20804_106_00-Planning-External Structure Details.Condition 9 - development within 10 metres of River StourCondition 9 states:"Prior to any works within 10 metres of the River Stour a survey for otters should be carried out by a suitably qualified and experienced ecologist, this survey shall be submitted to and approved by the LPA."Please refer to submitted drawing 4564.01 that demonstrates that no part of the approved development came within 10 metres of the River Stour. Consequently, a survey for otters is not required.
