1) Minor changes to the cladding material and colour to the supported living aspect of the scheme- plots 1-10. This consist of the introduction of sections of black Hardieplank cladding alongside the Timber Norclad cladding.2) Minor changes to the porch design which consists of omitting the timber pergolas and replacing with simple GRP canopies.3) Omitting the 6x additional parking bays adjacent to the entrance of the site. These were originally proposed to alleviate parking pressure on Brook Road but since the approval we have agreed to provide 4x driveways for residents to no's 1, 3, 5 & 7 which are outside of the red line boundary and hence are seeking to omit the previously agreed parking spaces.
