Refurbishment and extension to footprint of existing tennis courts to form new tennis courts and netball court with a total footprint of no more than 37m x 37m. The existing netting is to be replaced at a height of up to 4 metres. The installation of 8no flood lights installed on columns located at the corners of the court and the mid-peripheral centres such that the heights of the columns together with the flood lights do not exceed four metres.
