Felling of three trees in front garden to ground level - conifers x2 (T1, T2) , ash x1 (T3). - All three trees are of substantial size and height and are interfering with overhead power cables and telephone lines.- The trees (T1, T2, T3) lie near to underground drains in a neighbouring property, with the potential of root growth damaging the drains.- The trees block light to the property year round due to their size and height, particularly the evergreen conifers.- The substantial size and height of the trees is not appropriate for their location. Felling of three trees in back garden to ground level - birch x2 (T5, T6), Douglas fir x1 (T7).- Both birch trees (T5, T6) are dead.- The fir (T7) is of substantial size and height and is not appropriate for its location.(Amended Specification - see site visit note dated 6.7.16)
