Ash tree causing excessive shading and a large dead branch has broken off landing on the shed roof. we are looking at a significant trim of the tree or if its too unsafe (more dead branches) fell it. I'm not 100% if the trees are TPO or its the area. we also have some branches hanging over from a neighbours tree we would like to cut back as they are hanging over the driveway causing shade and birds muck covering the car.
