Refurbishment to communal bathrooms and WCs to ground, first and second floors, including changes to all bathroom sanitaryware of the Rashdall Building. Removing all baths to replace with showers, installation of an additional toilet to ground and first floor and making one of the ground floor shower rooms and one of the WC more accessible. Changes to the layout of the second floor bathroom space, which would include replacement and repositioning of walls and additional facilities. Upgrades to heating system and controls where necessary. Electrical rewiring where necessary. Redecoration to rooms and entrance including windows, doors, walls and ceilings. Installation of extractor fans to windows panes at ground and first floor. Additional roof vented extractions fans to second floor. Changes to drainage to suit the system, with additional penetrations through the wall at ground and first floor level to connect toilets to existing downpipe. Removal of lead floor apron around toilets on first and second floor.
