Pine (T1). Fell. Tree is leaning at an acute angle towards the adjacent boundary. The physiognomy of the bark at around 1 metre above ground level is indicating reactive growth due to stress caused by the angle the tree is leaning. The tree is rooted over a sewer system, if the tree failed at the base there would be significant damage to this system. Ash (T2). Rebalance crown via reducing the crown by up to 2 metres in height to suitable growth points and lateral branches to balance the upper crown. A large branch snapped out during the two storms in late February creating a gap in the crown which could make the tree more susceptible to future break outs.
