Re-thatching of main roof (reducing final depth to 450-500mm, but keeping original base coat). Reintroduction of original central chimney stack. Tiling of rear lean-to roof slope too shallow for thatching. Introduction of new leaded light window to north elevation of east wing and replacement of softwood casement with leaded light window in ease elevation of east wing. Replacement of UPVC gutters to tiled roof areas with painted cast aluminium. Repairs to timber frame of north elevation of east wing.
