All works comply with BS3998:2010 Recommendations for Tree Work. All pruning cuts should not exceed 75mm in diameter. Please see attached sketch plan for car park boundaries. Crown lift all trees (various species) adjacent station car park, station associated pedestrian walkways and vehicle access to 3m from ground level to enable safe access for users by removing encroaching branches within parking bays/walkways/access. Crown lifting will only be required on the aspect of the tree that is directly adjacent to the car park/walkway/access. A previous TPO (successful) application (ref 09S200-3039) was made to prune the platform trees (TPO ref 09S200) to the west, however, this application is for the general maintenance of trees within the Conservation Area of which the northern half the station falls within.
