Seeking permission to reduce crown density and mass as well as sprouting shoots/branches of Holm Oak overhanging our patio garden to increase the light in our house and patio. I would like to reduce crown by 25% and thin regrowth. (Crown and canopy by a maximum of 20% and reduce height by 2.5m. Reduce branches by 2m or prune back to suitable pruning points especially on our house side.
