The works to the property include the removal of a conservatory to the rear and porch to the front as well as the removal of a central section of the building and its subsequent reconstruction in a mixture of traditional and contemporary materials with the addition of two new gables. The proposals also outline internal alterations with particular emphasis on the ground floor arrangement.
