I wish to build above the existing garage to roof level to create a smallGranny Annex at the house. This will produce one bedroom and a small living area for an aging parent.In addition I wish to extend the rear of the garage by 5.5m by 2.8m to create extra living space/bathroom.This would not ceate any obstruction to any other residents as the house sides on to the A11 and I am utlising garden space that it is away from the neighbouring properties.
