You will see in the attached photos, the errant trees that have sprouted need severe cutting down and the others cut back not only because they have suppressed growth of the native plants but are also now causing damage to our wall which if not addressed we are concerned could become a hazard. Replacement native hedging is also part of our hedgework plans. We will need to fell just the 3 trees that have planted themselves in a position that is starting to affect the brick wall. We will also need to trim back the hazel ( that was one of the ones we planted!) and then get this hedge thriving again.
