Demolition / Refurbishment Asbestos Survey Report by Airsafe Surveys Ltd'From the existing gateway the contractor will form a temporary access for the duration of the works across an existing open field within the ownership of the applicant, and away from the existing tree-lined driveway'.Justification: - To route the construction traffic away from the existing mature trees lining the driveway entered from Ashford Lane, to remove impact on tree routes and to remove the need to raise existing tree canopies;- To remove the need for construction traffic to use the existing driveway in order not to damage the existing driveway gravel finishes and to remove the need for making good and repairs that would be required to the sub-base layer; - To allow the temporary access to still be well related to the permanent existing access, and avoid straying too far into the existing open field;- To provide the contractor with access to the builders compound as drawn which sits on the higher level ground for later phases of the construction period;- To provide the contractor with access to the Ground Source Heat Pump boreholes that are located within the existing open field.
