Non Material Amendment on planning consent SDNP/16/02946/HOUS - 1) On the approved plans the originally proposed new windows have a Georgian style leaded light detail with window bars. In-line with the original window design we would like to remove these and amend all windows to be clear glass, with no window bar detailing2) The 5 glazed panels in the entrance court yard, as shown on the North West and South West Elevations we would like to be changed to have fan lights added at the top of each glazed panel 3) On the proposed North East Elevation there is dormer window adjacent to 2 roof light Velux style windows. We request that the plans are adjusted to remove this dormer window and replace this also with 2 roof light Velux style windows.4) The proposed North East elevation shows the gable ended oriel with symmetrical wood cladding to the exterior. This wood detailed we would like to change to be less symmetrical and more aligned to natural oak style timbers.
