Remove the existing hedge along the front garden boundaries of 1, 2, 3, 4 Lychpole Cottages (all within the ownership of the applicant) and plant a new hedge approx. 5 metres further forward, adjacent to the private concrete road. New hedge will incorporate the existing grass verge into the front gardens of the cottages, extending the gardens. Existing trees in and around the site will remain in place. We will create a surfaced parking area to the side of each cottage's garden extension. Surfacing will be permeable for drainage, not solid concrete/tarmac. We propose to use Grasscrete or similar but are open to suggestions from SDNPA as to what would be most suitable
