These proposals are divided into two areas of works: - Works A: The first is for the construction of a new building to accommodate a dining hall, classrooms and associated facilities to replace the existing redundant swimming pool. A number of external works and associated hard landscaping items are to be carried out to retain existing levels, offer outdoor seating, and a canopy within the playground. - Works B: The second comprises a range of refurbishments and minor alterations within the existing school buildings, focused on the music block and staff/admin areas (Block A, C, H & TE).
