SURREY COUNTY COUNCIL CONSULTATIONS: 1. The continued extraction of sand and the subsequent restoration of the land to agriculture by infilling with inert waste materials and temporary diversion of Public Footpath 121, without compliance with Condition 4 of appeal decision APP/B3600/A/06/2020101 dated 1 August 2007 for a further period of seven years until 31 December 2019 whereby the development shall have ceased and the site restored in accordance with the approved plans; and 2. The continued use of the temporary haul road to access Area C without compliance with Condition 4 of appeal decision APP/B3600/A/06/2020101 dated 1 August 2007 so as to allow use of the haul road for a further seven years until 31 December 2019
