It is a Large sycamore tree that sits on the boundary between the rear garden and the pub car park. It also over hangs the public alley aswell. They are looking to get the tree removed due to some minor damage it has caused to cars parking in the car park to prevent any more damage and or any future larger damage. The tree itself doesn't look to be in bad health but sycamore trees do tend to produce dead throughout the year that can drop. After looking around the tree from the ground I could't see any major limbs that seem to be affect but I can't guaranty this means more won't drop.
