Oak tree in front garden is dying and needs to be cut down. A TPO officer visited and inspected the tree 5 years ago and confirmed it was dying and if it didn't improve it needed to be chopped down.I will employ a professional company to carry out the felling I'm happy to grow replacement oak trees from acorns and plant them somewhere
