We have a roughly 30 foot walnut tree TPO 3 in our Garden(only garden) which is situated to the front of our house. We would like it removed, and propose to have a replacement walnut tree planted in its place roughly 3 foot in height. The tree is now within a few feet of touching the house and the neighbouring house. It is leaning towards the house opposite and has also started lifting the patio and surrounding ground. The tree is also blocking all the sunlight coming into the garden and house and it is yet to get its leafs on. We have bird droppings all over the garden, house and Windows as well as the guttering. The front walk way to our house has constant bird droppings which we sometimes can't help But walk it into the house. Our 1 year old and 3 year old can't play outside in the garden ( only garden) as the birds have poohed on us in the past and as its all over the garden grounds and we see it as a health and safety hazard for our children. We have a small 2 bedroom house and we can't hang washing outside because of all the birds poohing constantly, so we have to have all the washing inside the house. We also have heard squirrels inside our loft which are most likely entering from the tree.
