Following a site visit, it was noted that the large sycamore tree located on top of the bank just behind the fence line on LHS has a stem that totally overhangs the roof of the property and could potentially cause problems with damp/over shading. Propose to remove this left hand stem and Leylandii that’s growing underneath. Sever Ivy at the base of the remaining Sycamore.
