Tree has outgrown its situation, causing an increase in lack of light through multiple windows during Spring through to Autumn. Root system of tree also causing damage to adjacent stone wall / raised planter. Remove to ground level. Shrubs / tree species to be replanted more suitable size of garden. T2. Downy Birch.
