Pine Tree (see Photo A) - we would like to chop out top of tree and see what happens. It has been done previously as shown in Photo B. If it sorts itself out that will be wonderful as we are very appreciative of its qualities: it looks lovely and contributes to our garden. But if it doesn't and continues to damage surrounding walls and tiled floor we would like permission to remove it and plant something in its place.
