T1- Sycamore tree - Fell tree due it leading towards the property And overhanging the permanent brick and stone outbuildings, belonging to Island Cottage This tree has started leading extensively over the last year and it is feared this will continue leading to potential damage to the house and outbuilding. This tree is less than 2 metres from the outbuildings. It is also causing excessive shading to both Island Cottage and is of low amenity value. It proposed to replant with a native tree sapling of the chose of the North York Moors National park. T2, T3, and T4 - Clump of three Holly bushes. Fell bushes as these are causing excessive shading and are of low amenity value. It is proposed to replant with a native tree sapling of the chose of the North York Moors National park. T5 - Sycamore tree - Fell tree due it leading towards the neighbouring property Mulberry House. This tree has started leading extensively over the last year and it is feared this will continue leading to potential damage to the house and outbuilding. It is also causing excessive shading to both Island Cottage and Mulberry House, and is of low amenity value. It proposed to replant with a native tree sapling of the chose of the North York Moors National park. T6 - Sycamore tree - Fell tree as this tree is causing excessive shading and is of low amenity value. It is proposed to replant with a native tree sapling of the chose of the North York Moors National park. The felling of the above noted trees would impact on two properties, these being Island Cottage and Mulberry House. As the owner of Island Cottage I have consulted with the owner of Mulberry House, who is more than happy for the above mentioned trees to be felled and replaced with native samplings.
