Section 73 application to vary conditions 2 (Approved plans and documents) and 3 (Cladding Materials) attached to permission 25/P/2666/LBC (Listed building consent for the removal and replacement of the existing combustible cladding and external wall elements with new non-combustible cladding and associated works.) To allow for the replacement of the approved cladding system with a feasible and compliant alternative with a like-for-like aesthetic, and amendment to the wording of condition 3 to reflect the changes to the approved cladding.
