1. Remove small conifer tree (approximately 12ft in height), which is growing under and beginning to interfere with a mature beech tree. The conifer is also lifting paving slabs on an adjacent garden path. 2.Roadside mixed hedgerow, including yew tree in corner of Holt Road crossroads. Reduce height of hedgerow along the southern boundary to between 10-15 ft in height. If necessary, hedge trim to maintain highway clearance. Reduce small section of conifer hedge on west boundary (on entrance to property), in order to improve visibility for ingress/ egress to the driveway.
