As per the plan trees for removal are: 1. Ash 2. cherry laurel 3. large leaved lime 4. Holly 5. Cherry laurel The trees have been left for a number of years without attention and have outgrown the location and are having a detrimental affect on the property as identified by our Structural Engineer who was investigating movement to the property. Trees highlighted are requested to be removed to stop impact on property and also bring light into the property. The removal would not appear out of context in relation to general area and street scene.
