Remaining canopy shall extend approximately 1.5/2m over driveway of 3 Welholme Avenue, measured from the boundary fence. Also removal of epicormic growth on main stem and light pruning to clear roof of 3 Welholme Avenue by 2m. I have spoke to neighbours and they are fine for us to carry out works
