Proposal
TPO Application: Area G1: Service Yard Access Road - Cut back overhanging cotoneaster, ash and sycamore trees to the fence line, maintaining a clearance height of approximately 4 metres above ground level. Cut back laurel vegetation along the rear of the fence to create a 250-300mm clearance gap behind the fence. Area G3: Parking Bays - Remove T2 (Ash stem) due to its close proximity to the fence. The tree will be felled to ground level and the stump treated with eco plugs to help prevent regrowth. Cut back overhanging ash, sycamore and cherry trees that are encroaching over parking bays and have the potential to scratch vehicles. Prune back to the fence line and up to 3 metres above ground level (TPO 2022/013.G1).
